I love that there are so many Little Free Libraries1 around my town. Today I finished reading a set of two books I picked up at one of these boxes, and dropped them off at another for someone else to find.
These two books had been with me for a few years, I'd had trouble finishing them but today I focused on getting the second book done in between game breaks. It's amazing how books can feel like they'll take forever to finish, but then you can tell the progress you're making after each chapter as the bookmark moves closer to the end.
I'm releaved to have finished these. They weren't the best books I've ever read, but they were decent.
I didn't pick up another book where I dropped them off. I'd taken another book from that particular box a few months ago, and I still have that one to trade somewhere else, having finished it a while ago. It'll need to go in my regular pack so that I have it to trade when I find another little library nook.
And so the count of books in progress decreases by 1! (accidentally correct factorial!)
